These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a legal agreement between you and Nadja Felk (“I,” “me,” “my,” or “the operator”) governing your access to and use of the RepRaid mobile application (“RepRaid” or the “App”) and any related features or services provided through the App.

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using RepRaid, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use RepRaid.

By using the App, you confirm that you are at least 13 years old and that you have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms. If you are between 13 and the age of majority in your country or region, you may only use the App with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

2. Description of the App

RepRaid is a fitness and motivation app that gamifies push-up workouts. The App may track push-up sessions, count repetitions, show workout progress, display ranks or achievements, and provide motivational game-like feedback.

RepRaid is intended for personal fitness motivation only. It is not a medical device, healthcare service, diagnostic tool, or substitute for professional medical advice.

3. Your Use of the App

You agree to use RepRaid only for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes.

You agree not to:

  • use the App in any unlawful way;
  • misuse, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its functionality;
  • attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, modify, or extract the App’s source code;
  • use automated tools, bots, scripts, or other methods to manipulate the App;
  • bypass or interfere with access restrictions, subscription restrictions, or technical protections;
  • submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
  • use the App in a way that could harm yourself, others, or the App.

4. Health and Fitness Disclaimer

RepRaid is a fitness tracking and motivation app. It does not provide medical, health, or professional fitness advice.

Any information, feedback, rep counting, workout tracking, progress display, or motivational content provided by the App is for general informational and motivational purposes only.

You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting a new exercise program, especially if you have any medical condition, injury, heart condition, pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other health concerns.

Stop exercising immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, chest discomfort, or any other concerning symptoms.

You are solely responsible for deciding whether you are physically able to perform exercises. You use RepRaid and perform physical activity at your own risk.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nadja Felk is not responsible for injuries, health problems, accidents, or other harm resulting from your use of the App or from physical activity performed in connection with the App.

5. Rep Counting and Tracking Accuracy

RepRaid may use device sensors, camera-based tracking, or other technologies to detect and count push-ups.

You understand and agree that rep counting, movement detection, progress tracking, timing, and feedback may not always be accurate. Results can vary depending on lighting, device placement, camera angle, body position, clothing, background, device performance, and other factors.

The App is provided for motivation and entertainment-enhanced fitness tracking. You should not rely on the App as a perfectly accurate measurement tool.

6. Accounts

RepRaid may allow or require you to sign in or create an account to use certain features. If account features are available, you are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information when using account-related features and to contact me promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

I may suspend or terminate access to the App if I reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the App, created a security risk, or violated applicable law.

7. Purchases, Subscriptions, and Billing

RepRaid may offer free features, paid features, subscriptions, or other in-app purchases. If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, included features, and renewal terms will be shown in the App or in the App Store before purchase.

All purchases and subscriptions made through the Apple App Store are processed by Apple. I do not directly process payments and cannot directly issue App Store refunds.

To manage or cancel an Apple App Store subscription, use:

Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions

Refund requests must be submitted to Apple according to Apple’s refund policies.

If RepRaid does not currently offer paid features, this section will apply only if paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are introduced in the future.

8. License to Use the App

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, you are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to download and use RepRaid on devices that you own or control.

This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not:

  • copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, sublicense, or exploit the App;
  • reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App’s source code;
  • use the App to build a competing product or service;
  • remove, obscure, or alter any copyright, trademark, or proprietary notices;
  • use the App in violation of applicable law or these Terms.

9. Intellectual Property

RepRaid, including its software, design, graphics, user interface, artwork, names, logos, characters, rank names, shields, game concepts, text, and other content, is owned by Nadja Felk or licensed for use in the App and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not use the RepRaid name, logo, artwork, shield images, characters, designs, or other App content without prior written permission.

10. User Data

Your use of RepRaid may involve workout-related data, such as completed sessions, repetition counts, workout time, progress, ranks, or achievements.

You retain ownership of workout data you generate through your use of the App. By using the App, you allow the App to store, process, and use this data as necessary to provide App functionality, including progress tracking, session history, ranks, achievements, and related features.

Your use of the App is also governed by the Privacy Policy, which explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected.

11. Third-Party Services

RepRaid may rely on third-party services, technologies, or platforms, including Apple services, authentication providers, analytics providers, crash reporting tools, cloud services, or subscription and payment infrastructure.

Your use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and privacy policies. I am not responsible for the actions, availability, content, policies, or practices of third-party services.

12. App Store Terms

These Terms are between you and Nadja Felk, not Apple.

Apple is not responsible for the App or its content. Your use of the App must also comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and any applicable Apple rules or policies.

If you downloaded RepRaid from the Apple App Store, you acknowledge that Apple may be a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may have the right to enforce these Terms against you where applicable.

13. Availability and Changes to the App

RepRaid may be updated, modified, interrupted, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

I do not guarantee that the App will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or compatible with every device or operating system version.

Features may change over time. Some features may be added, removed, limited, or modified without prior notice.

14. Disclaimers

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.”

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, reliability, and security.

I do not guarantee that:

  • the App will always work without interruption or errors;
  • rep counting or tracking will always be accurate;
  • your progress data will always be available or permanently stored;
  • the App will meet your expectations or fitness goals;
  • the App will be free from bugs, defects, or technical issues.

15. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Nadja Felk will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of use, loss of profits, device issues, fitness-related injuries, or other damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use RepRaid.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the total liability for any claims related to the App or these Terms will not exceed the amount you paid for the App or in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim, or EUR 50, whichever is greater.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability, so some of these limitations may not apply to you.

16. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nadja Felk from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to:

  • your use or misuse of the App;
  • your violation of these Terms;
  • your violation of applicable law;
  • your violation of the rights of another person;
  • any physical activity you perform in connection with the App.

17. Termination

You may stop using RepRaid at any time.

I may suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time if I reasonably believe that you have violated these Terms, misused the App, created a legal or security risk, or if providing the App is no longer possible or practical.

Upon termination, your right to use the App ends immediately. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply, including sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law.

18. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country or region provide otherwise.

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you may have mandatory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer protection law.

19. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of these Terms will be revised. For material changes, additional notice may be provided through the App or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of the App after updated Terms become effective means that you accept the updated Terms.
