Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 29, 2026

Effective date: June 29, 2026

Nadja Felk (“I,” “me,” “my,” or “the operator”) provides the RepRaid mobile application (“RepRaid” or the “App”). This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, stored, and protected when you use RepRaid.

By using RepRaid, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.

1. Overview

RepRaid is a fitness and motivation app that gamifies push-up workouts. The App may count push-ups, track workout progress, show completed stages, display ranks, and provide game-like feedback.

RepRaid is designed to use camera-based movement detection for push-up counting. Camera processing is intended to happen on your device. The App does not intentionally upload, store, or share camera images or video recordings.

2. Information Collected

2.1 Information You Provide

RepRaid may collect information that you voluntarily provide, such as:

  • your email address, if you contact support;
  • information you include in support requests;
  • account information, if account features are added or enabled in the App.

If RepRaid does not currently offer account creation or login, no account information is collected through the App.

2.2 Workout and Progress Data

RepRaid may generate and store workout-related data, including:

  • completed workout sessions;
  • push-up counts;
  • workout duration;
  • completed stages;
  • earned XP;
  • current rank;
  • unlocked rooms, stages, or achievements;
  • app preferences and settings.

This data is used to provide core App functionality, such as progress tracking and the game-like rank system.

Unless cloud sync or account features are added, this data is stored locally on your device.

2.3 Camera Access

RepRaid may request access to your device camera in order to detect your body position and count push-ups.

Camera access is used for movement detection only. The App does not intentionally record videos, save camera images, upload camera footage, or share camera footage with third parties.

You can disable camera access at any time in your device settings. If camera access is disabled, push-up detection features may not work.

2.4 Information Collected Automatically

Depending on the App version and enabled features, certain technical information may be collected automatically, such as:

  • device type;
  • operating system version;
  • App version;
  • crash reports;
  • performance diagnostics;
  • general usage events.

This information may be used to maintain, debug, secure, and improve the App.

If analytics, crash reporting, or cloud services are not enabled in the App, this information may not be collected.

2.5 Payment and Subscription Information

If RepRaid offers paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases, purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store.

I do not receive or store your full payment card details. Apple may provide transaction information, subscription status, purchase identifiers, or related information needed to unlock paid features and manage purchases.

Apple’s processing of payment information is governed by Apple’s own terms and privacy policy.

3. How Information Is Used

Information may be used to:

  • provide and operate the App;
  • count push-ups and track workout sessions;
  • save your progress, XP, ranks, stages, and achievements;
  • display your current rank and progress;
  • improve App functionality and user experience;
  • respond to support requests;
  • detect, prevent, and fix bugs or technical issues;
  • manage purchases or subscriptions, if applicable;
  • comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal Bases for Processing

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, personal data is processed under the following legal bases where applicable:

  • Contract: processing necessary to provide the App and its features to you;
  • Legitimate interests: improving, securing, and maintaining the App;
  • Consent: where consent is required, such as for optional permissions or certain analytics;
  • Legal obligation: where processing is required to comply with applicable law.

You may withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent.

5. Third-Party Services

RepRaid may rely on third-party platforms or services to operate certain functionality.

5.1 Apple App Store

If you download RepRaid from the Apple App Store or make in-app purchases, Apple may process information related to your Apple ID, device, purchases, subscriptions, and payments.

Apple’s privacy practices are governed by Apple’s own privacy policy.

5.2 Device Operating System and Permissions

RepRaid runs on your device and may use operating system permissions, such as camera access. Permission prompts and permission management are controlled by your device operating system.

5.3 Analytics, Crash Reporting, Backend, or Subscription Services

RepRaid may use analytics, crash reporting, backend, database, authentication, or subscription-related services in the future.

If such services are added, this Privacy Policy should be updated to identify the relevant providers and explain what data they process.

At the time this Privacy Policy is written, RepRaid is intended to minimize data collection and avoid unnecessary third-party sharing.

6. Sharing of Information

I do not sell your personal information.

Information may be shared only in limited situations:

  • with service providers, if needed to operate the App;
  • with Apple, where necessary for App Store purchases, subscriptions, distribution, or platform functionality;
  • if required by law, legal process, or a valid government request;
  • if necessary to protect the rights, safety, or security of users, the App, or the operator;
  • in connection with a transfer of the App or related assets, if applicable.

7. Data Retention

Workout and progress data stored locally on your device remains on your device unless you delete the App, reset the App data, or use an in-app deletion feature if available.

Support emails and related communication may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your request, resolve issues, and comply with legal obligations.

If account or cloud sync features are introduced, account-related data will be retained for as long as your account is active or as otherwise required by law. You may request deletion of your personal data by contacting me.

8. International Data Transfers

If third-party services or cloud providers are used, your information may be processed in countries outside your country of residence.

Where required by law, appropriate safeguards will be used for international data transfers, such as Standard Contractual Clauses or other legally recognized mechanisms.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal data, including the right to:

  • request access to your personal data;
  • request correction of inaccurate data;
  • request deletion of your personal data;

12. Health and Fitness Data

RepRaid may process workout-related data such as push-up counts, session duration, completed stages, XP, and ranks.

RepRaid does not intentionally access Apple Health, HealthKit, precise location, contacts, microphone, or photo library unless such functionality is explicitly added in a future version and disclosed to you.

Workout and fitness data is used to provide App functionality and is not intended to be used for medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional health assessment.

13. Data Security

Reasonable technical and organizational measures are used to protect information handled by the App.

However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure. I cannot guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for keeping your device secure and for managing device permissions appropriately.

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time.

When changes are made, the “Last updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be revised. For material changes, additional notice may be provided through the App or by email where appropriate.

Your continued use of RepRaid after changes become effective means that you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
